Who we are

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company name, store URL and the details of your project when you fill in a form, book a call, request an audit or place an order.
  • Order and billing information. Billing address and payment details when you buy a service. Card payments are handled by our payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Store access you grant. When you give us collaborator or staff access to your Shopify store, we may see store data, including your customers' data, only as needed to do the work.
  • Device and usage information. IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes and audits
  • To deliver the services you ordered and send invoices
  • To send service updates, and marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To meet legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our website and processes orders
  • Payment processors that handle transactions
  • Tools we use to run the business, such as scheduling, email and analytics services
  • Authorities, when the law requires it

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Your clients' data

When we work inside your store, you remain the controller of your customers' data. We access it only on your instructions, keep it confidential and do not use it for our own purposes.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, cookies that measure traffic and, where you consent, cookies used for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. To use any of these rights, email info@navnexis.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
